                                                                                  DESIGN
All of MLBS services include an in depth consultation and recommendation of personalized hair care products (Kenra Platinum and Matrix Total Results) to maintain a healthy and vibrant look after your service.

Women’s Haircut     This service includes a personalized consultation to determine what design is best for guest needs and hair care. A shampoo and conditioning will be followed by a haircut with shears or razor and texture finishers and a blow out to complete your look.

Shampoo Blow Dry & Style    This service includes a personalized design for our guests look with a shampoo and conditioning, blow out, and hot tools, such as curling irons or flat irons.

Child’s Haircut    This service includes a personalized consultation to determine what design is best for children’s needs and hair care. A shampoo and conditioning will be followed by cut with shears or razor and texture finishers and a blow out to complete their look.

Bang Trim    This service is for a basic bang refining and redefinition, plan on 10 to 15 minutes.


                                                                                 COLOR
Marlene's Little Birch Salon's hair designers are highly trained in all aspects of color treatments. Each team member is dedicated to maintaining a healthy balance and integrity of each guest’s hair. Each color service includes a customized consultation. Additional charges may apply depending on the amount of hair the guest has.

Single Process    This is an all over color application or a retouch (regrowth) application only and includes one color.

Glaze   This color service adds maximum shine, depth and conditioning properties to natural hair or any other color service. It is design to last in the hair for up to 3-6 weeks.

Full Foils   This service includes a full head of foils for highlights or low lights

Partial Foils   This technique spotlights the hair by partially refreshing highlights, or maybe adding lowlights. It can also give that highlight shy client a sun kissed look.

Corrective Color   This service is designed to fix unwanted mistakes and remove or replace any undesired pigment or tones from extreme color services.

Brow & Lash Tint   This service is designed for eyebrows. A special color formulation specifically for eyebrows is used.


                                                                                CONDITIONING
Each conditioning service includes an in depth consultation to determine what treatment is best for our guests needs and includes a shampoo. Blow drying is additional in charge

Kenra Platinum Moisture Mask   This service is a deep conditioning treatment for overly dry and chemically stressed hair and adds in depth penetration of moisture to the hair.



                                                                                   PERMS
Full Perm   This service is designed to add body or curls to hair utilizing a permanent wave rod. The service provider will determine what is best considering the guests needs and desires.


                                                                                       WAXING
Waxing Before & After Care   Although we cannot predict or guarantee how you may react, most guests do not experience reactions beyond redness and minor irritation. Hair may break at the root during waxing, if hair is thin or weak, causing some hairs to grow out faster. Please follow these guidelines to minimize irritation and possible breakouts.  

Our Top 6 Waxing Tips  
1. Avoid the sun immediately after waxing and wear sun screen; recently waxed areas are prone to hyperpigmentation (permanent darkening of the skin) if exposed to the sun or solarium. Avoid saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools and other heated sources for at least 48 hours.
2. Avoid heavy exercise for at least 24 hours after waxing.
3. Do not use exfoliating products (AHAs, scrubs, etc) and loofas for at least 24 hours after waxing as they might further irritate your skin.
4. Avoid tight clothing after waxing, especially in the waxed areas. Tight clothing may result in irritation and ingrown hairs.
5. Regular twice to three times per week exfoliation is helpful to remove dead skin so your hairs can get out above the surface of the pores and not become ingrown. 
6. Routine waxing helps the skin get accustomed to the procedure and may minimize irritation. 


                                                                      
                                                                         HAND & FEET
 Classic Manicure – 60 minutes   A necessary spa experience to bring your hands back to life! This rejuvenating service includes proper maintenance and grooming of your nails and cuticles. An oil hand soak that transforms into a milky bath begins the service with an indulgent feel. Fine mineral salts, refined sugar, jojoba soft beads and sweet almond oil gently polish and condition the skin. Then receive a personalized massage with a silky hand and body lotion, leaving a soft, satin feel and light almond fragrance. Service is finished with the polish of your choice.

Classic Pedicure – 60 minutes    Soak in an aromatic foot bath that reduces inflammation and softens your feet. We customize a massage to improve the condition of your feet while you relax and reduce stress.  Service includes shaping of nails and trimming of cuticles, callus work, and polish.

Hot Stone Spa Pedicure - 90 minutes   Escape into paradise while enjoying our  Spa Pedicure. Soak in an aromatic foot bath that reduces inflammation and softens your feet. Relax as we use our sugar scrub to gently polish and refine your skin to a healthy glow. We customize a massage to improve the condition of your feet while you relax and reduce stress. Applied next is an intensive moisturizing complex with cucumber extract, chamomile and aloe to aid in the repair of dry, cracked skin.  Next is the hot stone massage.  Then we apply a hydrating masque that provides a “facial like” treatment for your feet leaving them feeling refreshed long after the pedicure is complete. The masque is wrapped with hot towels to lock in the moisture.  Service includes shaping of nails and trimming of cuticles, callus work, and polish.

Schedule a time to come in and ask questions to the skin care specialist and determine a specific treatment and/or products. The goal is to book an appointment or retail products to the person that will help them to meet they’re skin care goals. *Complimentary

Make-Up    Make yourself feel fabulous for your next special event with a make-up application or make-up lesson with one of our amazing make-up artists! Our  Make-Up Artists use Jane Iredale Cosmetics when performing make-up applications for bridal, special occasion, proms, girl’s night outs, etc.
